Rachel Glade is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and received a Master of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is also a Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist, a distinguished certification earned by those who have completed extensive training and education in working with children and adults who have hearing loss.

Rachel is a Clinical Instructor for the University of Arkansas. She teaches courses and provides clinical supervision for graduate and undergraduate student clinicians at the University of Arkansas Speech & Hearing Clinic. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, from which she holds a certificate of clinical competence; the Arkansas Speech-Language Hearing Association; the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing; and is a board member of Arkansas Hands and Voices.

Rachel is also the mother of two little boys and is happily married to her husband Andrew.
