Professional Biography:
Kate Mamiseishvili joined the University of Arkansas as an assistant professor of higher education leadership after completing her doctorate at the University of Missouri in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, with an emphasis on Higher and Continuing Education Administration. Prior to this position, she served as an evaluation coordinator in the Department of Student Life at the University of Missouri. In addition, while working on her doctoral degree, she served in multiple research and teaching venues. Kate also taught overseas and worked as a European Union Projects Coordinator at Kutaisi State University in her home country of Georgia. She is actively involved in national professional associations, including American Educational Research Association, Association for the Study of Higher Education, and Association for Institutional Research. Currently, she also serves as a managing editor of the NASPA Journal About Women in Higher Education.
