Professional Biography:
Tena has a background in providing counseling services to children and adolescents. Her experiences include working as a family centered specialist (Institute for Family Centered Services Inc.) and as a therapist at Miami Dade Regional Juvenile Detention Center. Tena worked most recently as an elementary school counselor for Miami Dade County Public School System.
Personal Information:
Tena is enrolled in the Counselor Education Ph.D. program. Tena received her B.A. in Liberal Arts (2001) from Auburn University Montgomery, and her M.Ed. in Counseling and Development (2004) from Auburn University Montgomery.
